As Portfolio Manager, David Liu is responsible for overseeing the firm's existing loan portfolio and asset management strategies. He brings a specialized experience in commercial real estate credit and workout situations, having successfully managed over $3 billion in commercial mortgages throughout various market cycles.

David previously served as a Director at PIMCO Real Estate, where he focused on distressed real estate debt investments and portfolio optimization. Before that, he was an Associate at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, specializing in value-add and opportunistic debt strategies. He began his career as an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Commercial Real Estate Finance division.

Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from Stanford University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is an active participant in industry conferences including CREFC and MBA CREF.
