Benjamin Taylor is the Chief Credit Officer leading the firm's sourcing, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate debt investments across all property types. With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, Ben is responsible for managing the firm's origination activities and overseeing a portfolio exceeding $1.2 billion in assets.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Ben spent eight years at Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies, where he was instrumental in executing over $8 billion in commercial real estate financings. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Finance group, focusing on CMBS origination and balance sheet lending.

Ben earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
