Alex Mitchell is a Director leading the firm's construction and bridge lending platform. Alex has supported the underwriting of over $650 million in transitional real estate financing, with a focus on ground-up development and value-add repositioning projects.

His primary focus coordinating the structure of creative financing solutions for both acquisitions and development projects. His responsibilities include construction budget analysis, market feasibility studies, sponsor due diligence, and coordination with external consultants including appraisers and environmental specialists. Alex also maintains the firm's construction loan monitoring systems and assists with quarterly portfolio reviews.

Before joining the firm, Alex worked as a Financial Analyst at Hines, where he focused on development pro formas and project finance. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase in the Real Estate Banking group.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Bridgeport and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
